Kettlebell AMPD takes heart-pumping music and your favorite kettlebell moves and combines them into 60 minutes of calorie-torching fun! This whole-body workout emphasizes group fitness and focuses on specific areas such as arms, legs, core, and cardio. Each song concentrates on a main area, while still maintaining a whole-body routine.

Weights vary anywhere from 5-15lbs, so the workout can be adjusted and moves modified to suit your individual needs. Anyone can take this class! Amy is the Creator of Kettlebell AMPD, Head Master Trainer and Gym Owner, as well as the owner of You Rock Fitness, LLC (parent company of Kettlebell AMPD), and also a Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Group Fitness Instructor. She is AFAA, ACE, and NETA certified, a SCW Presenter and Sponsor, and a CanfitPro (Canada Certified) Presenter.
While the Creator of Kettlebell AMPD, Amy is much more than just simply an instructor of this workout. Her passion for teaching in all formats and focus on fun, exciting workouts, keeps her well-centered in the fitness world. Amy created Kettlebell AMPD to bring a great training tool, the kettlebell, into group fitness settings for anybody, anywhere. She, like you, uses Kettlebell AMPD as a program that allows people of all fitness levels to enjoy the benefits of kettlebell training with the energy of heart-pumping music.
Amy and her husband, Tadd, have two beautiful daughters — Ashley and Abby. She enjoys spending her down time shopping and spending quality time with her family.
